Our values have been guiding us since our founding in 2017. As we’ve grown, they’ve been our North Star to help us align what matters most to us, what we want to create, and how we want to go about doing that. Here’s what we value in ourselves, in each other, and in the future we want to make.

People

At FarBridge, we’re putting people first.

We believe our full potential can only be realised through the connections and relationships we share with each other. We strive to recognize, respect, and support each other, first as people and individuals, and as members of our team and community second. We know that every business relationship boils down to the relationships between the people who work for those businesses, and we extend our support to the people representing our partners, clients, and vendors.

Honesty

If something can’t be done honestly, then it’s not worth doing.

We’re running our company honestly and transparently. We believe in giving and receiving honest feedback, building towards shared goals and priorities, and fostering an open environment of collaboration. When we stumble, we do our best to admit it, learn from the missteps, and share what we learned with each other and our community. 

Quality of Life

Work-life balance is a part of our culture.

Our industry has a bad reputation for less-than-great work environments. Since our founding, we’ve taken the stance that we’re not working ourselves to death, and we’ve made open conversations about work-life balance an important part of our culture. We’ve seen far too many teams slip into perpetual overtime, leading to avoidable mistakes, burnout, and lost opportunities. We’re building a team and culture that can last for many more years to come.
